PRIVACY
Privacy policy
What data we collect, how we use it, and who we share it with.
1. Who is responsible for your data
The person responsible for processing your personal data on this site is Ali Ibrahim Alzaid (owner and manager of the trade name nexcode) in the State of Kuwait. Contact: alialzaid1997@gmail.com.
2. The data we collect
Data you give us
When you message us on WhatsApp or by email, we receive what you write and your contact details.
Technical data
- The site loads its fonts from Google Fonts, which means Google receives your IP address and browser type when you open a page.
- Our hosting provider (Railway) may log technical data such as IP addresses and request logs for operations and security.
- Some articles and courses may contain a video embedded from YouTube (youtube-nocookie.com). YouTube receives your IP address and browser type when the video loads, under its own privacy policy. We do not store anything in your browser about your visit.
- We count visits with our own counter that runs on the site's own server, without cookies and without any third-party analytics service, and it stores nothing in your browser. It records the page you opened and when, the site you came from (such as Instagram or Google) and any campaign parameters in the link (utm), your device type, operating system and browser, your country estimated from your device's time zone, how long the page was visible to you and how far you scrolled, and clicks on the WhatsApp, copy, share and external-link buttons. We do not store your IP address: together with your browser type it is turned into a code with a random key that changes every day and is then deleted, so we cannot tell who you are or link your visits on different days. We use these numbers in aggregate to learn which content helps readers, and we do not share them.
- We do not currently use cookies for tracking, analytics or advertising. (One necessary cookie is created only when the site administrator signs in to the admin panel. It is not created for visitors.)
3. How we use your data
- Publishing the blog, running the site and improving its content.
- Replying to your messages and providing technical support.
- Protecting the site and its products, and preventing fraud and misuse.
- Meeting our legal obligations.
We do not sell your personal data.
4. Who we share your data with
- Hosting provider: to run the site.
- YouTube (Google): when you play a video embedded in a page.
- Google (Fonts): to load the site's fonts.
- WhatsApp (Meta): when you message us there. Those messages are subject to WhatsApp's policy.
- Official authorities, when the law requires it.
5. How long we keep data
We keep the messages you send us for as long as we need to reply to them, and visit-counter records (without IP addresses) for 25 months, after which they are deleted automatically.
6. Your rights
Depending on the laws in your country, you may have the right to access, correct or delete your data, to object to its processing, or to withdraw your consent. Send your request to alialzaid1997@gmail.com and we will reply within 30 days. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.
7. Transfers outside Kuwait
Your data may be processed in countries other than Kuwait, because our hosting providers operate globally.
8. Children
Our site is not directed at anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
9. Data security
The site runs over an encrypted connection (HTTPS), and we take reasonable measures to protect your data. No method of transfer or storage is 100% secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. The current version is always on this page, with its last update date.
11. Language
This page is an English translation of the Arabic original. If the two versions differ, the Arabic version applies.
12. Contact
For any question about your privacy: the contact page or alialzaid1997@gmail.com.
